During Blizzcon, it was revealed that Warcraft III, the classic real time strategy game featuring the origin lore of World Of Warcraft, will be reimagined for the modern age of gaming.
According to Blizzard the game will feature:
62 missions across Kalimdor, Lordaeron, Northrend, and beyond
40+ hours of epic gameplay, with 4+ hours of reforged cutscenes
Control over 20 legendary heroes and villains from Warcraft lore: gain experience, level up, master powerful abilities, and enhance nearby units
The UI of the game will also be tremendously updated, featuring Battle.Net for matchmaking, making the game more seemless than ever.
There is currently no release date although on the purchasing page it lists that the game will be released “on or before December 31st, 2019”.
