With the success of the Resident Evil 2 Remake, it was no surprise when rumors of Capcom working on a remake of Resident Evil 3: Nemesis began appearing online. I mean hey, Capcom had already released remasters of previous Resident Evil titles except for RE3 and Code Veronica (as well as the less talked about Resident Evil Gaiden) so it would only makes sense to keep the hype train rolling with fans excited to see RE3 return with the same love and attention to detail shown in the RE2 Remake.
While the announcement has yet to be officially announced, it seems that the cover art for the game has been leaked via data-tracking site Gamstat who had found the images on PSN which shows off a pretty creepy looking Nemesis along with Jill Valentine and Carlos Oliveira.
It may be only a matter of time before the game is officially announced, maybe later this week or possibly next week during the Game Awards. For now we can only wait and see and hope Nemesis isn’t coming for us.
