Star Wars fans, it’s time to get excited (well unless you are one of the ones that are worried about the upcoming Episode VII.) Star Wars: Episode VII has officially has started filming!
Bad Robot, which is the film production company owned by director J.J. Abrams, sent out a tweet Thursday night with this pic below. The Tweet read, “#dayone.”
SO far we finally know most of the cast that will be in the upcoming film, which includes original cast members, Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Peter Mayhew, Anthony Daniels, & Kenny Baker. Joining the alumni will be newcomers Adam Driver (who has been speculated to be the villain as well as Han Solo’s son, which can be a possible spoiler) John Boyega, Oscar Issac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max Von Sydow, and also rumored to be joining them is Colin Baker.
Episode VII remains title-less at the moment, to the public but is set to open in theaters Dec. 18, 2015.
