A few weeks ago, Playstation announced that they would be bringing back the original Playstation preloaded with games similar to Nintendo’s NES and SNES Classic. When it was originally announced, there were five games shown off but now with the latest trailer we know that there will be 20 games preloaded onto the system including the likes of Oddworld, Grand Theft Auto, and Metal Gear Solid to name a few.
A game that somewhat surprised me was the addition of Persona. Due to its popularity and value I appreciate Sony for adding this to their library. If you’re lucky, you can find an official copy up to anywhere around $300 so bundling this with the classic console is a good move. With the rest of the games though, there seems to be a lot of names from Sony’s past missing.
The Playstation Classic will be launching on December 3rd and comes with 2 controllers ready for some sweet old school multiplayer.
