Ever since Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has been remastered in 2016, fans have been clamoring for its sequel to receive the same treatment. Today those wishes have been granted, as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2‘s single-player campaign has been announced, and PS4 owners will be able to buy it today. It will launch for other platforms on April 30.
As to not split the player-base, the multiplayer from MW2 will not be available. Instead, Modern Warfare (2019) will receive the Underwater Demo Team Classic Ghost Bundle, which includes a classic skin of the character Ghost amongst other goodies.
