At San Diego Comic-Con, Capcom held a panel to talk about the past, present and future of Mega Man which included the previously released Mega Man Legacy Collection 1 + 2 and recently just released Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1 + 2.
While Mega Man 11 Producer Kazuhiro Tsuchiya talked a little bit about the game at the end of the panel everyone in attendance got a special treat as a new Robot Master was revealed with Torch Man.
Torch Man looks like an extremely fun and challenging boss. The trailer shows his fighting style with incorporates martial arts with his flame making him dangerous close up and from a distance including his desperation attack which causes him to be invincible for a short time as he throws flame wheel at Mega Man and finally dive attack from above being engulfed in a giant pillar of flames.
I’ve had a chance to play the Mega Man 11 Demo twice now. Once at E3 and again at San Diego Comic-Con and while it was the same demo I keep getting more and more excited for this game to release in October! You can read our thoughts on the demo from E3 here.
But there’s more….
Just a few days ago, Capcom uploaded a new video on Twitter which introduces another Robot Master, Blast Man. In the trailer we get a quick look of Blast Man facing off against Mega Man and you may also notice that we get a look at all eight robot masters in this image.
