HITMAN HD Enhanced Collection remasters Absolution + Blood Money

IO Interactive took to Twitter this morning to announce the HITMAN HD Enhanced Collection. The remastered collection drops next week, bringing Hitman: Absolution and Hitman: Blood Money to PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

IO promises both games will be remastered with 4K visuals and 60 frames-per-second, as well as improvements to controls and lighting.

It seems like every new HITMAN release packs exponentially more content.

HITMAN in 2016 switched to the episodic model that Telltale lived (and died) by. Last year’s sequel gave us an entire game right off the bat. Now in 2019, we’re getting two games. If my math checks out, in sixth months we’ll be getting four HITMAN games, followed by eight more in the fall.

But other than their tweet, IO is being sparse on details. Of course, we won’t have to wait long for the collection to see what changes it brings.
