Producers initiallysaid there would be no stunt casting on the new Harry Potter series on HBO. So fans wouldn’t be seeing previous cast members from the films playing other roles, or re-creating their roles on the series…But I guess they changed their minds, because that is exactly what’s happening.
Willow star WARWICK DAVIS will re-join the cast of HARRY POTTER in the HBO TV series. He will be reprising his role as Professor Filius Flitwick, a Hogwarts teacher whom he originally played in the blockbuster film franchise. Production on the show is currently underway just in time for its highly anticipated premiere in 2027.

Elijah Oshin has been cast as the new Dean Thomas in HBO’s upcoming Harry Potter series, joining the expanding roster of students headed to Hogwarts. In the original films, the role was played by Alfred Enoch.
