Jerome is back in a new teaser for the second season of Gotham that returns to Fox on Sept. 21 at 8 p.m. Although it seems obvious we still don’t have confirmation by the show runners that Jerome is in fact the Batman villain ‘The Joker.’ Other then him acting very Joker-ish in the teaser clip, you may notice that Barbara is very Harley Quinn-ish. Could Barbara end up being Harley in a reimagining the Batman mythos?
