It was around this time last year that fans were preparing for Anime Expo 2018 after a screening of the film My Hero Academia: Two Heroes was announced for the convention. At the time not much was known about season 4 of the series but during the Anime Expo off season we learned that the release window for the upcoming season will be this October.
To celebrate the highly anticipated season premiere, Funimation will be presenting a screening of the first episode of the new season at Anime Expo 2019.
The details for the screening panel is as follows according to the official announcement:
We’re excited to announce that Anime Expo 2019 will host the My Hero Academia Season 4 Premiere presented by Funimation! Joining the premiere event are voice actors Kaori Nazuka (Toru Hagakure), David Matranga (Shoto Todoroki), Patrick Seitz(Endeavor), and Ricco Fajardo (Mirio Togata).

- Due to high demand anticipated for this event, attendees must have an admission wristband in order to enter Main Events (Hall B) when doors open. Main Events admission wristbands will be free and distributed on a “first come, first serve” basis. Please keep an eye out for more information regarding wristband distribution time and details.

Anime Expo 2019 will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center from July 4th-7th.
