Dragon Ball FighterZ open beta happening this weekend featuring 11 fighters

We are just a little over two weeks away from the release of the highly anticipated fighting game Dragon Ball FighterZ and you won’t have to wait too long to get your hands on the game as Bandai Namco Entertainment revealed that it will be holding an open beta this weekend.

Starting at 12:00am PST on Sunday, January 14th through 11:59pm PST on Monday, January 15th both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners will be able to get into the action with 11 fighters selectable including Super Saiyan Goku, Super Sayian Vegeta, Adult Gohan, Frieza, Cell, Kid Buu, Krillin, Piccolo, Nappa, Android 18, and the God of Destruction Beerus.

Those with early access will be able to participate in the Open Beta a day in advance at 12:00am PST on Saturday, January 13th. Everyone in the open Beta will be able to try out a limited number of online and offline modes including World Match and Battle Tutorial over the 48-hour open beta period.

Should be an exciting weekend to tide you over until the game’s release on January 26th for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
