Days Gone, the upcoming post-apocalyptic adventure game by SIE Bend Studio, will no longer be coming out this year as confirmed on the game’s official page. USGamer reached out to Sony for further details to which they explained “Days Gone will now be releasing in 2019 and we will keep you updated on the launch date.”
Set in the Pacific Northwest during a zombie outbreak, Days Gone centers around a bounty hunter named Deacon St. John. What’s most impressive about the game so far is its ability to display hundreds of zombies on screen at once, similar to the hordes in the film World War Z. The game was announced at E3 2016 and has been in development since early 2015. It is now set to come out in 2019 exclusively to PS4.
