Synopsis

The world of Leonardo da Vinci comes crashing down when the city of Otranto is torn apart during an Ottoman invasion.  The Turks end up using Da Vinci’s own weapons against him (from designs that were stolen from him (Da Vinci) by someone he trusted).  This will haunt him as well as the deaths of love ones lost, long after the battle.  Rome instigates a Crusade against the Turks.  This is when Leo takes the opportunity to join but faces many obstacles (series of grisly murders) that terrorize Italy and threaten the Crusade as well.

Final Thoughts

Great series!  I only saw a few episodes of the first season and was instantly hooked with Season 3.  So I am definitely going to “binge” watch the series from the beginning.  I recommend that you do so also!  You read or hear stories about Leonardo Da Vinci but nothing beats seeing the man and his story come to life on-screen.  If you haven’t done so, catch Season 3 of Da Vinci’s Demons on DVD/Blu-Ray Now!!
