The next game from Bandai Namco Studios Code Vein has just received a release date of September 27 on PS4 and Xbox One with the Steam version coming on September 28. The development is being lead by Hiroshi Yoshimura, mostly known for the God Eater series.
Set in a post-apocalyptic world, you play as Revenant (or vampire) fighting various demons and monsters, harvesting their Blood Veils to build up your strength and powers. Code Vein takes heavy inspiration from the Souls genre, so you can expect there to be a large focus on challenge and combat. Safe to say this game will not be for the faint of heart.
