Our favorite physicists seem to be in a bit of an equation that will take some more time to solve.
Thanks to a stalemate between the cast and Warner Bros. TV, the cast of “The Big Bang Theory,” are still without contracts.
The cast wants a pay raise, since renewing the show through the 10th season, and the sides seem to be “far apart” and have had “little dialogue.”
This is not the first time the show has been in limbo. In 2010, the cast had salary renegotiations, which eventually worked out. The big difference is is that back in 2010, the cast already had contracts and were obligated to show up to work. This time, none of the core five of the cast (Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg and Kunal Nayyar) have a contract. Their previous contracts expired at the end of last season.
Production is scheduled for July 30, but could be delayed until the two sides reach a deal.
This could take some time…
