Now why would James Gunn post this image of the Superman sequel script? Some say that it indicates that BRAINIAC will be the big villain in this Superman sequel, MAN OF TOMORROW . But it could all just be a big red herring. Since Gunn likes to pull our collective chains.
And while, Brainiac’s presence in the new DCU movie has not been officially confirmed by Gunn at this time; it’s been speculated that the character will play into the story. Since it was announced that Man of Tomorrow will see Superman and Lex Luthor reluctantly working together against a big threat.
