With a whopping Memorial Day Weekend take of over $200 million, Warner Bros. is in negotiations for a third installment of “The Hangover” franchise. The studios know a sure fire hit needs a sure fire sequel or in this case a three-quel. Writer Craig Mazin has been given the go ahead to write the last film in the trilogy. Mazin and writer Scott Armstrong penned the script for “The Hangover Part II.” Although nothing has been set in concrete yet, an announcement should be forthcoming.“The Hangover Part II” is currently in theatrical release. The film stars actors Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Zack Galifianakis, Justin Bartha, Ken Jeong, Paul Giamatti, Mike Tyson, and Jeffrey Tambor. Todd Phillips directs.
