My Thoughts:

I give The Ancient Magus Bride Part Two a B.

The second act of Ancient Magus Bride holds no punches and keeps you emotionally invested throughout its 12 episode span. Magus Bride follows Chise, a girl put up for auction and put up by her soon to be husband Elias. Elias may look intimidating but he has the best intentions in mind for his bride and that is to let her potential bloom. It’s a very unique look at the typical norms you would see in magical animes but adds the raw emotional power of good dialogue, events, and environments mixed with great music.

Overall the show is well done with the soundtrack that would sweep anyone off their feet. The visuals for the show are top notch with some insanely gorgeous effects and spectacular environments. It just feels like a plus when you see a show like this know that the art is second to none and it takes the show to locations with no real dip in quality.

The rest of the characters in the show are written just fine but it’s very apparent that Elias and Chise are obviously the stars of the show with not many others coming close. Magic and love. That’s all there is to this package, oh, and a few neat special features making this package pretty appealing to most fans.
