Horror comedy series Chucky, aired on Syfy and USA Network, has been canceled after three seasons. The Hollywood Reporter confirmed the news. The show was based on the infamous killer doll from the famous franchise, Child’s Play.
Chucky‘s creator, Don Mancini, expressed sadness and gratitude. He said, “I’m heartbroken over the news that Chucky won’t be coming back for a fourth season, but am so grateful for the killer three years we did have.”
But don’t bet on Chucky being down and out completely. Because there’s already talk of a potential new Chucky movie. And as we all know, old horror franchises never die. They just get rebooted…
