While Sony won’t be at E3 it doesn’t mean we won’t be seeing from them. Today Sony revealed via the PlayStation Blog that it will host a special State of Play broadcast on March 5th which will show new footage of upcoming games as well as reveal brand new titles.

It looks as if Sony has decided to follow suit with an announcement series similar to Inside Xbox and the Nintendo Direct and is a great move if so. The broadcast will kick off at 2 pm PT/5 pm ET and focus on PlayStation VR and PlayStation VR titles.

You can watch it live on Sony’s Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, or Facebook page.  No word on how long the State of Play broadcast will last but we can expect to hear new news on titles including Naughty Dog’s Last of Us 2, Kojima Productions’ Death Stranding, and Sucker Punch’s Ghosts of Tsushima.
