Tom Welling, best known for playing Clark Kent on “Smallville,” was arrested for DUI in an Arby’s parking lot. And though he did become Superman in the last episode of that 10 year series. There’s no escaping the long arm of the law, even if you used to be able to fly.
According to police records obtained by TMZ … the 47-year-old was arrested in an Arby’s parking lot in Yreka, California just after midnight on Sunday … where the local police department picked him up for allegedly driving under the influence — and his blood alcohol level was reportedly at or above 0.08%.
