Nintendo Switch Online coming in September

We all knew Nintendo Switch Online was coming, but when was the question. Now it has been confirmed that the paid online service will launch in September 2018.

Currently it’s free, but come September you will have to start paying for the service. Thankfully it’s inexpensive, with prices set at $3.99 for 1 month, $7.99 for 3 months, and$19.99 for 12 months. Users will also have access to a Classic Game Collection, ranging from a variety of NES games such as Balloon Fight, Dr. Mario, and Super Mario Bros 3. Right now an SNES library is up for consideration.

Nintendo Switch Online was originally scheduled to release late 2017, but was then delayed to this year. Switch owners can still enjoy online with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Splatoon 2, and various other titles for free right now.
