You’ve heard right, the next installment of the beloved Nintendo fighting franchise Super Smash Brothers is coming to Nintendo Switch. Shown off at the end of today’s Nintendo Direct, a trailer was shown featuring the Splatoon Inkling Boy and Girl engaging in a battle before being left in the dark until the bright light of battle invites them into the fight.
It is now confirmed that Smash Brothers is indeed coming this year as well as a confirmation that the Inklings will be playable as well as a possible change to current fighter Link who looks to be sporting his Breath of The Wild outfit.
It’s expected that we’ll hear more news on this title during E3.
