TMZ reports that actor Harrison Ford has been injured after his plane crash landed on a golf course in Venice, CA.
The actor was suffered multiple gashes to his head and was bleeding, reports TMZ.
Two physicians, who were on the scene, treated the actor, and Ford was then taken to a nearby hospital.
