Announced back in June of 2021 Devolver Digital is inching closer and closer to the release date of its upcoming sidescrolling samurai title Trek To Yomi.
As a vow to his dying Master, the young swordsman Hiroki is sworn to protect his town and the people he loves against all threats. Faced with tragedy and bound to duty, the lone samurai must voyage beyond life and death to confront himself and decide his path forward.
Developed by Leonard Menchiari and Flying Wild Hog, the trailer for Trek To Yomi is very reminiscent of Samurai films of years past with that bit of Devolver Digital edge that makes each one of their releases ‘can’t miss’.
Trek To Yomi will hack and slash its way to Xbox One, Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC this Spring.
