DAY OF THE DEAD: BLOODLINE Blu-ray Review
Fear goes viral in this terrifying retelling of George A. Romero’s zombie horror classic. Five years after an epidemic nearly wiped out the world’s population, Dr. Zoe Parker lives in an underground bunker among a small group of military personnel and survivalists, working on a cure while fighting armies of the undead. When a dangerous patient from Zoe’s past infiltrates the bunker, she just might hold the key to saving humanity…or ending it.

I give the Day of the Dead: Bloodline Blu-ray a B.
My first thought while watching this Blu-ray was that this is definitely not The Walking Dead.
The opening scene had to be the best and my favorite scene in the entire film. It was action packed and it had my eyes glued to the screen. I forgot how good these zombie films are considering the only zombie related material I’ve been subjected to (for a while) has been The Walking Dead. The zombies (in this film) are definitely night and day compared to the TV Series (The Walking Dead). The only con to this film is it does slow down a bit after the opening scene but, all in all, its a fun and exciting film to watch.
