Universal Pictures and director David Twohy have placed casting offers on the table to actors Andreas Apergis (“Being Human,” “18 to Life”), Katee Sackhoff (“Battlestar Galactica,” “Growl”), Bokeem Woodbine (“Edmond,” “Devil”), and WWE wrestler Dave Bautista (“The Man with the Iron Fists.”) No contracts have been signed at this time.
If Apergis accepted the role, he would play “Krone,” commander of the dark theocracy (a government ruled by divine guidance), while Sackhoff would play “Dahl,” a Nordic mercenary tracking Riddick.
