A Hat in Time released late last year on PS4, Xbox One, and PC after having been a Kickstarter title a few years prior, and developer/publisher Gears for Breakfast announced via Twitter that the platformer has now hit 500,000 units sold across all platforms.

Currently, Gears for Breakfast is working on DLC for A Hat in Time, though they have yet to reveal what this additional content will be when it releases. Of this future content, they also stated in the same tweet, “We can’t wait to show you what we have in store for our DLC and beyond!!”

I’m so happy to see a developer the size of Gears for Breakfast find success with A Hat in Time and cannot wait to see what they do next.
