BLACK SIREN RETURNS – Black Siren (guest star Katie Cassidy) returns to help Chase (Josh Segarra). Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) organizes a birthday party for Oliver (Stephen Amell) while Lance (Paul Blackthorne) is furious after Rene (Rick Gonzalez) misses the custody hearing for his daughter.

It seems that Chase will be getting some help from his fellow villains in the upcoming episode. Katie Cassidy is set to reprise her role as the meta-human criminal Laurel Lance from Earth-Two, otherwise known as Black Siren.

Promotional photographs posted on Superhero Hype shows Black Siren looking pleased as she bent down beside Quentin Lance, who was in chains and kept in containment together with Thea Queen a.k.a. Speedy (Willa Holland).

The villainess gained the power of screaming at high frequency after she was exposed to dark matter released from Harrison Wells’ S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator. She was brought to Earth One, where she fought The Flash after which she was defeated and imprisoned at S.T.A.R. Labs pipeline.

Black Siren was eventually released by Adrian Chase a.k.a. Prometheus and became an ally in his vendetta against Oliver a.k.a. Green Arrow.

She’s not the only one who is back, either: John Barrowman makes an appearance as Malcolm Merlyn, as well, back from tormenting the Legends of Tomorrow with his pals in the Legion of Doom!

‘Arrow’ season 5’s episode 22, titled “Missing,” is scheduled to air on The CW on May 17, 2017. Mairzee Almas directed the episode written by Speed Weed & Oscar Balderrama.

Arrow stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Willa Holland as Thea Queen, Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak, John Barrowman as Malcolm Merlyn, with Paul Blackthorne as Detective Lance. The series is executive produced by Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, Andrew Kreisberg and Sarah Schechter.
