My Thoughts

I give this Blu-ray a B.  Its a great coming to age story and the obstacles that come with it.

As stated above, its a great coming to age story.  It chronicles the life of Chiron (played by Alex R. Hibbert, Ashton Sanders, &  Trevante Rhodes)- starting with him as a young boy to adulthood.  He faced many obstacles with a mother who was hooked on drugs, being bullied by his classmates, and liking the same sex.  It honestly had my attention from beginning to end.  I was drawn into his life and felt his struggles but at the same time saw the strength he had within himself.  Chiron is such an incredible character with tremendous strength and courage.

Catch Moonlight, out on Blu-ray & Digital HD February 28, 2017.
