Final Thoughts

This film really showed how a bipolar disorder can affect a person.  I loved that the two main characters, Carla and Marco (played by Katie Holmes & Luke Kirby) were able to find love and clarity within themselves with so much chaos surrounding them. It seemed in some ways that their union made them “sane”.   Some may say its a “chick flick”  but I think this film can apply to anyone. Katie Holmes did such a wonderful job at portraying Carla.  I could actually see the times when she was having a bad bout with her disease and when it seemed like it was under control.  Its a beautiful and sweet love story in the end.  It’s not a family film but one you can watch by yourself or with your boyfriend or girlfriend. Check this film out when it arrives on Blu-ray/DVD/Digital HD June 7, 2016.
