Ghostbusters 3 has been officially delayed as Sony hasn’t given the green light to start filming the movie. Currently Sony is debating if they should move forward with the movie and are waiting until Spring of 2013 to make a decision. While Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis, Ernie Hudson, Sigourney Weaver and Annie Potts are all confirmed to reprise their original roles from the first two films, the question comes down to, “What’s the hold up?”
The movie will focus on a new team of Ghostbusters who will be trained by the original members (those who return for the feature) to protect New York from the paranormal.
