The Expendables 2 just released into theaters last week and it became a #1 movie in the box office featuring action heroes from past and present movies like Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Chuck Norris, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Terry Crews to name a few.
Well plans for a third movie are already moving forward only Chuck Norris already announced he won’t be in the next movie, in an interview with Access Hollywood.
“Nope. Just number 2. This is it for me. Oh, yeah. This is very special. Just to be able to do the film with guys I’ve known for many, many years. To get a chance to get in and fight with them, it was a lot of fun. Plus getting a chance to meet Terry Crews, who I hadn’t met before. And Jason Statham, whom I hadn’t met before. It was fun just to do that.”
We can only imagine what other action stars they have planned for the next movie, and how they will explain the lack of Chuck in the next movie, but with already a huge list of A list names they can pull from the third movie will have more names and more explosions.
