There is less than a week to go until ‘The Amazing Spider-Man‘ finally opens in theaters . In the hopes of making this film a financial success, Sony Pictures has started a marketing blitz. Lately we’ve seen a lot more trailers, virtual marketing, previews, banners, movie stills, and now we have an exclusive IMAX 3-D poster. These are to be given out to those webhead fans attending the 12:01 a.m. screening of the ‘ The Amazing Spider-Man‘ at any IMAX on July 3rd.
The poster gives us a good look at the Lizard, and you will notice how he looks a lot like the DC Comics’ villain Killer Croc instead of what we are used to seeing in the pages of Marvel. Many hard core fans have been disappointed by this “new” look.
Look for these to be going for big bucks on eBay.
