Season three of ‘The Walking Dead’ is set to return this October and promises a new prison location for the zombie survivors along with a number of new characters to add to the mix. Sheriff Rick Grimes played by actor Andrew Lincoln will still be the head of the ‘Ricktatorship’ as he leads his merry band as things escalate from bad to worse. Check out the latest image above from the hit AMC series!

Catch the special preview weekend from July 7th to the 8th as AMC is set to show every episode of ‘The Walking Dead’, with ‘Talking Dead’ host Chris Hardwick reporting live from the set. During the special new footage and behind the scenes videoes from the new season will be shown.

I’m keeping my fingers crossed for season 3. My main problem with the show is that it SHOULD have been a Ricktatorship from the start. Him being a complete psycho and how his also psycho kid understand it are two of the main things that make the comic so engaging to me. In the show Rick is a pussy and Carl is a whiny little brat.

Here’s for hoping that this will all change and we finally have an actual badass in the lead.
