Earlier today Square Enix uploaded a new trailer for the upcoming Kingdom Hearts III Re Mind DLC that gave us a much more detailed look at what’s and a release date which was soon after taken down. This means it was probably posted much earlier than planned which could have been set to be shown at Sony’s State of Play event December 10th or possibly the Game Awards on December 12th.

The two minute trailer starts off in Radiant Garden and shows off Leon, Aerith and Yuffie as Riku tries to get information on the missing Sora who is determined to rescue Kairi, Sora travels to the Keyblade Graveyard a short time before the final battle was to take place. Lacking a corporeal form, he traces the hearts of the seven guardians of light. Through experiencing their personal battles firsthand, Sora is about to discover truths that he has never before imagined.

There is quite a bit to take in, including the final moment of the trailer which has us excited for the DLC!

The Re Mind DLC will be released on January 23, 2020 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox owners will unfortunately have to wait a month longer for the DLC which will be released on February 25, 2020.

Kingdom Hearts III is available now on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
